  • Personalized, custom‑made, or monogrammed goods.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or any item that shows signs of wear for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

3.2. Shipping the Return

Once your request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label via email. Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop the package at the designated carrier. Journeymode is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4.2. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10 % may be applied to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when you contact Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to product availability and will follow the same return shipping procedure.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
